The first item in the Master Products creed is the commitment to quality.
The Quality Control process starts when incoming raw material arrives
at the Receiving Dock where it is inspected to make sure it meets material
specifications.
The
latest inspection equipment completes a quality
system that begins
with the accurate processing of
raw material. |
| Dedication
to quality, materials inventory, modern well maintained equipment and
precise production control enables Master Products to deliver when promised.
Just-In-Time delivery and bar coding capability assist customers in
controlling their own inventory requirements. |
Quality
Control inspectors feed on-site data into machine-side computer
terminals for transmission to the main computer in the QC lab.
Raw
materials are fully traceable and are purchased to meet our
customers' exacting needs.
The Quality Control process goes on throughout
the manufacture
of all stamped products. A
completely equipped Quality department is
located on the plant floor, just a few feet away
from the point of production.
